WHAT IS A "BEST OFFER"? Basically if you do not want to pay the price I am asking, you have the option of submitting a Best Offer, the price you would like to pay. I can either accept your offer, decline your offer or make a counter-offer. ALL OF MY STORE ITEMS OFFER THE EBAY "BEST OFFER" OPTION. I am a reasonable person and will only consider reasonable offers, all others will be automatically declined. I also expect any item purchased as a Best Offer to be paid for within 24 hours.
