This was the second time to attempt to buy shoes. First time they sent the wrong pair. I noticed a few days later they had the original pair I wanted listed for $49 more dollars which I found shady but I really wanted the shoes. I ordered and it was the same (wrong pair) sent last time. They didn’t even check the return and now have cost me two trips to the post office and a lot of unnecessary hassle.

The wrong shoes were sent and getting a response was somewhat slow. It also seemed like the customer service reps were either bots or were not reading the conversation I was trying to have about a potential exchange. In addition, they made the return difficult by me having to print (instead of a QR code) and not giving me the most convenient of options on what carrier to use.
