Was packaged very well and when i thought it was broken they made sure to contact and help me, even going as far as calling me to see if im satisfied and try to fix the solution but i just kept it since it made sense to me. by far the worst experience i’ve had on ebay thus far. paid $550 for a painted spoiler and it arrived with paint cracked. i contacted seller and they were responsive enough and sent me a new one. it did arrive quickly, however, the paint was cracked again. seller insisted that it was fedexs fault. it was not fedex’s fault bc the spoiler was packaged very well and the box was not damaged at all. it was indeed a manufacturing error. argued with a guy on the phone and returned. would NOT recommend

Fed ex has inspected and agreed it was damaged in shipping. Spoiler was packaged very well because we have been doing this for over 28 years. Sadly even with all the protection damage can occur. We stand behind the quality of our prouducts and customers concerns. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Customer was fully refunded.
