PICTURE of the product in their listing for sale is not the actual product I received. I requested a prepaid return label as I was sent the wrong product so Smartliner's in the wrong. Smartliner indicated in purchase history I would receive a prepaid label, that didn't happen! Contacted Smartliner again got the runaround told I could buy a $15.00 fedex label upon request that they don't provide a prepaid label, along with asking for information that's not pertinent to the issue. THEIVES.

Bad customer service ! Horrible product. I should have went with the more well know brand. They shipped stuffed in a box that clearly deforms them and when asking for return they want to charge $70 return fee on a $150 item even tho it’s defective. I’ll dispute charge! STAY AWYA

We purchased this item based on the vehicles the listing said it fit. It did NOT fit our vehicle. We contacted the seller, they sent us a return label, we returned the item, they gave us a refund MINUS $110 RETURN SHIPPING!!! Not only is that an insane shipping cost for VA to FL but how in the world can they justify charging US when they either listed the item incorrectly or sent us the wrong item. This return was through NO FAULT of ours and yet we are out $110. Ridiculous.

Seller shipped the wrong item. I ordered mats for my Bolt EV and they sent me the mats for a Bolt EUV. When I contacted them they, asked for all sorts of information not believing my story. I told them I trimmed the mats to fit but it wasn't ideal and they said i was no longer covered by their warranty policy since I trimmed the mats. Very dissatisfying and impersonal. I will never order from them again. Product is ok but thinner than I expected and over priced.
