This item was purchased for a ski trip that was scheduled 12-26 to 1-5. It was ordered on 12-13, to be delivered by 12-23. Seller made a mistake and shipped it to the wrong customer. I called seller on 12-24 and seller said they would ship another one to where we were skiing - which they did. Problem is we didn't get it until 1-5, which was the end of our trip. Seller states that there are no returns, which is BS considering I now have a product I don't need anymore. Live and learn I guess
