Also, USPS does not track normal 1st class mail. I questioned the seller about this with no answer to the question asked. The "tracking" number given to the buyer was 'Letter-xxxxx'. Decoded, it is 'USPS 1st Class Letter - seller's (partial) Order ID Number'. Hope this helps someone in future.
