Wholesale Connection Return Policy


At Wholesale Connection, your satisfaction is our first priority. In the event you must return an item for a refund, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a RA (Return Authorization) from Wholesale Connections (see exceptions below).

Defective Returns:

Eligible defective products may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. **Some exceptions apply.

  • All returns must be packed in a secure box with a valid RA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RA #.


  • Returned products must be returned in the original box with all packaged materials including any and all promotional materials shipped with product. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT and THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.

  • Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are NO exceptions.
  • We suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service. Sorry, we cannot accept COD.
  • Products returned with serial number missing or tampered with will NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN.
  • UPC label must be visible and/or intact on the original box.
  • **Due to manufacturer restrictions, the following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy and will be covered exclusively by the manufacturer's warranty:
    appliances, cellular phones, car audio products, drones, satellite products (DIRECTV, Sirius, XM) and HDTV receivers.
  • Software programs and media are not returnable under any circumstance and must be returned to the manufacturer.

Please refer to the included documentation on how best to reach the manufacturer if you experience difficulty with any of the aforementioned product categories.

Restocking Fees:

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box with the UPC intact and the product serial number must match the serial number on the manufacturer's box.

For defective items, please include original box with all accessories, manuals, and packing materials to avoid any restocking fees.

*Televisions - All televisions may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund/exchange (excluding shipping cost.) Opened merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Customer is obligated to pay for return shipping to us. We will pay shipping fees for the exchanged item to be sent back to you.

*DIRECTV / Installed Car Stereo / Satellite Radio - We do not accept returns on DIRECTV or any installed car stereo products.


Jewelry & Watches

·         Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.

·         All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

·         Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

·         Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Damaged Returns

Wholesale Connection takes extraordinary care to ensure that your purchase arrives correct and undamaged. However, if something is wrong with your order, we certainly want to address the issue as soon as possible. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service at 1-800-226-2800

Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

We recommend that you carefully inspect the product packaging at time of delivery by the carrier, and prior to signing for the delivery. Do not sign for delivery unless you are 100% satisfied with what you have received!

Shipping Damages:
If the product packaging appears to be damaged we recommend that you refuse delivery by the carrier at that time. If you refuse a delivery by the carrier, immediately Contact Us.

Incorrect or Missing Items:
Carefully review the packing slip and contents of the package. If you did not receive the item you purchased, please Contact Us as soon as possible to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Refusing Undamaged Products:
In the event that you refuse your package, with the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product with promotional shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

Return Shipping Costs:
Wholesale Connection does not pay incoming shipping fees. In the case of defective product exchanged for new product, Wholesale Connection will pay outbound shipping. Returned merchandise must arrive within 30 days of Return Authorization.

Order Cancellations
Orders are processed the same day that we received them. If you change your mind after payment is confirmed, we will do our best to stop the order, however, we cannot guarantee the cancellation.
