Overall, I think it went 'okay'. The seller did inform me of some damage before they shipped it, which I appreciate. But not only was the part terribly packed, it was quite obviously not the same part in the listing. When I brought it up to them, and they assured me it was the same, even after I showed them some key differences in their own photos, and that seemed a bit shady to me. In the end, I was able to make it work , and they were good at communicating, and shipped it promptly.

Ordered it last week and still not shipped. No response to message or calls. I even called their main location but even they were not willing to help. Their response was that ebay prices are cheaper so expect the same type of service and if you want better service than be willing to pay more and call to order it through a real person. REALLY??? . I'm speechless. Stop selling online if you can't handle orders.
