Save More on Barbecue and Fireplace will typically ship your purchases same or next day. If for some reason there will be a delay, we will email you. We currently ship with UPS, Fed Ex Ground, and USPS. These shippers email you when the packaging slip is generated. It is possible however, that the email is spammed out, or does not go through.
UPS and the post office both generate shipping time estimates when you use the shipping calculator. We typically use ground shipping (2-5 business days). I have seen it "guarantee" 2-day delivery based on distance. I am not sure if that is true or not. We do not send it "express" or "overnight" unless someone requests and pays for that.
Refunds: We will accept refunds for store items under most circumstances. We do not give refunds for auctioned goods (unless very unusual circumstances). On returned items, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, and the shipping will not be refunded.
If you accidentally bid on an item, and want to cancel it before it ships, you should retract your bid. We have to pay Ebay fees when you purchase anything. Many people accidentally bid on an item twice. Email us and let us know if you purchase something in error.
If you buy multiple items, normally we will put them in one box. Ask for an invoice so we can combine shipping instead of paying right away.
If you receive the wrong item: email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you the correct item out A.S.A.P. We are still humans and make mistakes sometimes.
If your item does not arrive in 5 - 10 days domestic, and 7 - 21 days international, please email us. We will pull your tracking information and get you a replacement item. We have had cases of shipping companies losing items.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them.
If you item is damaged in transit, refuse it. If you are not home at the time of delivery, call 1-800-PICK-UPS and tell them it was damaged and you want to return it to the sender. They will return it free of charge. I have less experience with the post office.
