Returning faulty items for replacement or Refund

Note: Before you return the item for replacement, please explain via email in details the reason or fault for returning your item

99% of the item we get back for replacement / Refund are in working condition, so if you prefer you may call the tech support call centre provided by the supplier on 020 3468 5915 between 10AM to 8PM Monday to Saturday.

Before you call the Tech Support have the below info ready from 1 to 4.
1. Product code from the white label on the product packages or on the product.
2. Your computer details, is it Desktop Computer? or Laptop Notebook??,
3. Which Operating system?? for example XP, Vista, Apple Mac Linux.
4. If you calling them because you bought a router and can not connect to the internet they will need the ISP details also.

NOTE: Refund are only issued if the Item has not been used, Packages has not been opened and the seal is not Broken if any. The product / items must be in resell condition.



I have been sent a wrong Item
