Sent a damaged, dirty, used item after advertising as new. Never responded to my request for a resolution and I had to open a case. Horrible customer service. Beware. What kind of seller takes your money and doesn't even bother to respond? Stay away.

Never a need to open a case on Ebay. If you do not like your product for any reason just click the refund link and return the item. Simple fix. Now in this case the person opened 2 cases on two of the same item saying they both were used/dirty. Ebay ask them to send the item back for a refund. Then the customer decided not to send the items back. Seems like they were wanting the item for free and when Ebay ask them to send the items back they decided the item was fine.
