1) How can I track my order?

2) What is your feedback policy?
Our feedback system will leave the Feedback Automatically after buyer left to us.
Please go ahead leave feedback, our feedback system will leave the feedback automatically within 10 minutes

3) What happens to my order if it can't be delivered by the courier service and is returned to 'Our Store' ?
All shipments returned to 'Our Store'
"undeliverable". When we receive undeliverable shipments,
Our Store will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment.
All reshipments will be charged the same fees as Our Store's regular shipping fees .
Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping.
But if the mistake is ours, we will be glad to give free shipping.

4) Expedit(EMS) Shipping service?
Delivery time : 3 - 6 working days
**To our valuable customers in Italy & Africa, some countries in South America.
Customers in these countries can get the goods only via UPS/TNT Premium post service.
Therefore please send us
an email before purchasing it.
Additional shipping charge is required.($20 - $45)
5) Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
We are not responsible for any applicable customs charge, taxes and duties.
Custom taxes, import
tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers.
'Our Stores' cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.
Please contact your local customs office for more information.
6) About Tax ?
Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost.
You may be subjected to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees
which may be imposed by your local government
you receive your package.
Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.
7) How long will my delivery take?
1.Normally ships out the item within 24 business hours after receiving a cleared payment.
2.Orders will be shipped from South Korea.

4.South Korea is far away; considerable delivery time.
