The seller only accept Bank wire transferred, but open PayPal option. I, international buyer, have lost a lot of money ,for exchange late when get refund. my transaction is usd21,500!!

The buyer had an exactly payment instructions to follow, but ignored Paypal and my Auction rules. Stay away from my Auctions!
