Q: I wear a 44R jacket, and 34” waist pants. I looked at your store, and noticed that your 44R jackets come with 38” pants waist. Can I have 44R jacket with 34” waist pants?


A: Most our suits come with fixed jacket pants drop. Size 36 to 46 suit jacket come with 6” drop pants (e.g. jacket size 42, pants waist 36”); Size 48 jacket comes with 5” drop (e.g. jacket size 48, pants 43”); Size 50 to 54 come with 4” drop (e.g. jacket size 52, pants 48”). We could not switch for a different size pants unless otherwise specified.


Alternatively you can look at our Suit Separate category where you can choose separate size jacket and pants.


Q: Is it possible if I want to take out/in pants waist?


A: Yes. Our pants waist can be taken out up to 2”. We suggest you confirm this with your local tailor before purchase.


Q: Are the suit colors in the item photos are true colors?


A: Yes. All the suit colors at our eBay store are the direct result of photography; however they may appear different in your monitor, or interpret differently.


Q: Does your store offer alteration/tailoring service?


A: No, we do not offer alteration (e.g. hem pants length, etc) service.


Q: Is it OK that I do not use a PayPal confirmed address for shipping?


A: We normally ship to PayPal confirmed address; shipment may delay or items may not be shipped to unconfirmed address. For express or international shipping, a confirmed address is required.


Q: I purchased a suit from your eBay store, and got a notice later that this item is temporally out of stock. Why this happened and what would I do?


A: We try our best to keep our inventory accurate and up to date to make sure all the eBay listings are in stock; however there are times when a particular item gone out of stock due to listing error or oversell by other sales channels.  If this happens, we will notice you immediately, and you will have the choice to get full refund, choose a different item, or wait for restock. The Seller will not assume any further obligation due to unavailability of the item.


Q: Do you accept personal check?


A: We prefer PayPal payment. It’s fast and secure. If you send us a personal check, you would expect the shipment to take much longer time than normal. Personal checks have to deposit for 7 to 10 business days and get cleared before any shipment can be made.


Q: Can I return the suit I purchased if it’s not fit or if I am not satisfied with it?


A: Yes. We try our best to improve our product quality and customer service. In case the item you received does not fit, or if you are not satisfied with the item purchase, you can send it back for refund. Here below is our product return procedure:


  • The Buyer must notify the Seller and return the item within 7 days upon receipt of the item.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition with labels, tags, etc. attached
  • A 15% restock fee will be applied for items returned not in its original condition or beyond the 7 days period
  • Returns may not be accepted if suit worn or damaged
  • Shipping and Handling charges cannot be refunded.
  • The Buyer is responsible to send the item back to the Seller
  • Refund will be made within 7 days after returned item is received.

Customers who need to exchange for a different size or item need to check our current listing and buy a new item, and returned the item purchased for refund.


We guarantee our product quality. In the event that you receive a wrong item or a defective product, you need to notify us and return the item immediately. We will refund the total of your payment plus your shipping back cost via UPS ground or USPS Priority. However, the Seller will not assume any further responsibilities due to the mistake or product defect.


Q: I am an international customer, is there anything specific that I should know before purchase?


A: Yes. International customers must provide PayPal confirmed address for shipping. All international payment must be in US dollar. International customers need to be aware that import duty or tariff may be imposed in addition to the total transaction amount. Each country has different tax rates for different items, so please contact your country’s custom office for the exact tax rate.
