These were sized a 7 but were tiny and more like a 6 or smaller. They also were missing a heel tip. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a return shipping label and because they were not describe correctly. They fully refunded and paid for shipping. I will always buy from the shop. They have great customer service. I have bought from them many times before and always get gorgeous quality expensive shoes for a great price.

Item just as presented at a great price. Seller was very fast in starting the shipping process. Delay in shipping was due to the ebay hub which did not update tracking for two weeks which made me think my item was lost in the system. None of this should be attributed to seller as they were great. I'd recommend this seller to anyone.. .

The item I received was mostly what was described. Unfortunately, there was some minor damage to the item. I still wanted to keep the item. So, the seller offered a partial refund, which I accepted. It would have been good, though, if the jacket had been in protective packaging or had its original packaging. It looked a little disheveled. That's fixable with a little ironing. Overall, I am pleased with it.
