Purchasing used books on eBay is like buying a Coca-Cola. it’s all about price because the product is exactly the same. That being said, purchases from this buyer, always come exactly as described and mailed in a timely fashion. This is the expected level of customer service — which is the reasoning behind a neutral rating. What would earn a positive review? All my books shipped together in one order and if possible with expedited shipping (a bunch of books and flat rate box)
