~*~ Attention buyers!! ~*~ Some quick notes and updates: Our MyStoreRewards program is currently not working due to changes that PayPal has recently made to its mass payments policies. Because of this, we can no longer give rewards to customers who wish to participate in this program. Our deepest apologies for any inconveniences that this may have caused any recent buyers.

Also, we are no longer shipping to Russia or Germany, along with any other countries that may be explicitly excluded in any of our individual listings. We have just had one too many items that were not received by some of the buyers we've had from these two locations.  Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O boxes, and/or APO military addresses?
  A: Yes, we do, and all for our unbeatably low domestic U.S. shipping rates! No prior permission to bid on our listings is required!
 Q: If I want to buy something from you, is it really necessary that I read all parts of your item descriptions, or is it okay if I just go over some of it before deciding to make a purchase?
  A: Our item descriptions are broken up into different sections or categories for a reason, so that they're easier to read without us having to sacrifice any important information about the items. It's important that you read each listing thoroughly before bidding so that you know exactly what to expect of an item before it arrives at your doorstep.
 Q: Will I need to provide my signature on a package if I buy something from your store? Will it come included with shipping insurance, and will I need to pay any extra fees for such services?
  A: All items that sell for $50 or more will be shipped to you with signature confirmation and shipping insurance to ensure that they arrive at your doorstep safely and are not lost or damaged in the mail. As with all other shipping and handling fees in our store, these services will be provided for you at no extra charge to you, the buyer.
 Q: If I purchase a piece of clothing from you, will it arrive already washed and laundered, or will I need to take care of cleaning it myself prior to wearing it?
  A: All pre-owned clothing items are thoroughly washed, cleaned and laundered prior to listing so that they are ready to wear as soon as they arrive at your doorstep. If they are designated with an item condition of "brand new with tags," then they will not be shipped to you pre-washed, for a laundered item cannot be sold as new. Bid with confidence!
 Q: What if I see a mark on one of your items in a picture that looks like a scratch, scuff, scrape, nick, dent or other defect/flaw/imperfection but isn't directly noted or written about in your listing?
  A: If the mark that you're seeing isn't included in the condition description of the item in question, then it's possible that the apparent disfigurement could just be a reflection from a light source, shadow or even our camera. So, no need to worry about anything here! Your item will arrive in the mail exactly as described or you'll get your $$ back.
 Q: Why do you provide UPC barcode, MPN, Style, Item, or other types of numbers for some of the items in your store?
  A: Listing this type of information we feel will allow you to do further research on the items we sell in case there's some detail you're looking for that we might have unintentionally omitted from one of our listings. We are not experts on everything though we do try our best to write descriptions that are as in-depth and comprehensive as possible.
 Q: Where can I find a list or gallery of all of your Store items sorted by product category outside of the eBay website?

 Q: What is your payment policy?
  A: PayPal is our only accepted method of payment. You must have a PayPal account in order to bid or purchase from us. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or end of auction. If payment is not received within the 7 day period, then your item(s) will not be shipped. If for some reason you can't pay within the 7 day period, let us know.
 Q: What should I do or how should I contact you if I have a question that isn't answered in your listing, store policies, FAQ section or About Me page?
  A: Be sure you've very carefully and thoroughly read over the listing of the product you're interested in purchasing (and our About Me page, FAQ section, and store policies table). If you still feel we've missed something and that you have a question you need an answer to, send us an eBay message and we'll get back to you within 24 hours, guaranteed.
 Q: Do I have to worry about any kind of a reserve price when I decide to place a bid on one of your auctions?
  A: Absolutely not. None of our auctions will ever have a reserve price. Ever.
 Q: What kind of quality can I expect from the items that you sell in your store?
  A: We only sell products that are top of the line, high-end and superior in quality. You can expect nothing less than to receive the best of the best of everything when you make any purchase from our eBay store. No imitations unless explicitly stated.
 Q: Are any of your items available for pick-up if I live in your local area, and if so, could I have the shipping fee waived for any eligible items that I may decide to purchase from you?
  A: Unfortunately, the answer to this question is no, and there are no exceptions to this. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
 Q: Can I purchase knives or razor blades from you if I happen to live outside of the U.S.?
  A: Unfortunately, no. Knives, razor blades, shavers and any other items with sharp edges are one of the product categories that we automatically exclude from our list of items that we deem eligible to be shipped internationally or overseas. There are no exceptions.
 Q: How can I get my item faster? Do you offer an expedited shipping option on all of your listings? What do I do if I need my product the next day right after I purchase it?
  A: Yes, absolutely! We offer USPS Priority Mail as a shipping option for all of our items at a small additional charge. If you need your item within one or two days after you purchase it, you can also choose the USPS Express Mail shipping option upon checkout to get your package in the mail or delivered to your doorstep even faster.
 Q: After I purchase an item from you, can I expect to receive everything that is included in the photos for that particular listing?
  A: For the most part, yes. Our photos are not meant or designed to mislead you in any way. Of course, any mannequins or hangers that we use for the purposes of displaying clothing items are not included in our auctions, but beyond that, everything that you see in our pictures is exactly what we are listing for sale.
 Q: I am terribly unfamiliar with a lot of the lingo that I see here on eBay. What do the abbreviations EUC, F/S, BNIB, NIB, BNIP, NIP, S/S and L/S (among others) stand for?
  A: EUC = Excellent Used Condition, F/S = Factory Sealed, BNIB = Brand New in Box, NIB = New in Box, BNIP = Brand New in Package, NIP = New in Package, S/S = Short Sleeve and L/S = Long Sleeve. This information may apply to other sellers' listings as well.
 Q: Do you offer any special rewards programs or incentives for buyers to purchase from your store? How much money can I get back on my purchases if I decide to opt-in?
  A: Yes, we participate in the MyStoreRewards program and regularly offer 1-2% cashback bonus rewards for all customers who opt-in to the MyStoreRewards e-mail marketing program. Repeat customers may be eligible to receive even bigger cashback bonus rewards for their habitual business, & may increase with multiple transactions & repeat sales over time.
 Q: How can I find your store on Twitter? Can I follow you? Can I send you a direct message? Will you follow me? What about Pinterest? Can I pin your items on my Pinterest board if I like what I see?

 Q: Will I receive free USPS Delivery Confirmation service and insurance with my purchase?
  A: All domestic buyers are eligible to receive absolutely free USPS Delivery Confirmation service with their order at no additional cost. This service is simply not available to international buyers. All buyers will need to inquire prior to bidding if the items they wish to purchase will come with insurance already included in the shipping cost.
 Q: Why don't some of the items in my shopping cart from your store qualify for your combined shipping discount?
  A: All of our smaller items (generally, those that can be shipped First Class) qualify for our combined shipping rates, meaning that you'll only have to pay the highest shipping rate in your shopping cart from our store plus $1.00 for each additional item. Unfortunately, some of the items we sell weigh too much to be shipped for only an extra $1 more.
 Q: Why do you include measurements in your listings and then ask that potential buyers compare these measurements to their own personal measurements before bidding or buying?
  A: We do and ask this to ensure that all pieces of clothing that we sell will fit you when you try them on after you receive them in the mail and before you buy them from us. Just because you think that you might wear a size small in general doesn't mean that every piece of clothing that's a size small will necessarily be able to fit you properly.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: We don't accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, be sure to contact us with any problems or concerns before leaving feedback--we can work something out! Please note that we only tend to issue refunds and allow returns if we've made a mistake or if items received are not as described.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Absolutely! You receive a shipping discount when you buy two or more items from us! Pay the highest shipping rate & pay only $1.00 shipping for each additional item! Shipping discount applies to U.S. orders only. It does not apply to handbags, shoes, or toys. All items must be paid for in a single invoice in order to receive the shipping discount.
 Q: Will you accept a check or money order?
  A: Due to several problems with non-paying buyers in the past, we are no longer accepting checks or money orders. PayPal is our only accepted method of payment, and you must have a PayPal account in order to bid or purchase from us.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Absolutely--we ship worldwide! Simply contact us with a list of the items you are planning to purchase and how many of each and we'll contact you with a fair and accurate shipping quote in less than 24 hours! Please note that shipping rates are quoted in terms of U.S. dollars and do not include insurance or customs fees.
 Q: Will you mark my item(s) as 'gift' on a customs form?
  A: NO! Don't even ask.
 Q: Do I have to pay right away if I buy today?
  A: You don't have to--that is entirely up to you. However, payment must be received within 10 days of purchase or end of auction. If payment is not received within the 10 day period, then the item will not be shipped, and you will receive an Unpaid Item Strike along with negative feedback.
 Q: When will my item be shipped?
  A: We usually ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. We ship daily, excluding Sundays and holidays, & if you paid with an eCheck, your item will be shipped once payment is cleared.
 Q: Will you ship via UPS or FedEx?
  A: Absolutely not. Unless otherwise stated, we only ship via USPS (First Class, Priority, Media, and Express Mail).
 Q: Are your products authentic? Do they expire, and if so, how will I be able to tell if they do?
  A: Yes! We only sell authentic products--no fakes, copies, imports, knockoffs or bootlegs. All items were purchased from a department store or electronic retailer, so they had better be real. If an item has an expiration/use before date, it will be very clearly noted both in the listing and the item specifics with both month and year (but not day).
 Q: Have your skin care/hair care/beauty/cosmetic/makeup products been used, opened, or tested?
  A: No! All of our products in this category are new, fresh, unopened, unused and untested. A product will only arrived sealed if such is stated in the listing.
 Q: Will you accept a Best Offer?
  A: Absolutely not! We already offer some of the best prices on eBay for our products, so if you don't like our prices, then don't buy from us. It's that simple.
 Q: Can you leave feedback for me?
  A: We have an automated feedback system, so the system will only leave feedback for you once you have left positive feedback for us. If you are one of our Half.com customers and have already left us feedback, please let us know and we will be sure to leave positive feedback for you as soon as possible. Thanks so much!
 Q: Does the shipping cost include insurance?
  A: No. However, insurance is optional and highly recommended. Unless you purchase insurance, we do not assume responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
 Q: If I order 2 or more items, would you be willing to ship them to multiple addresses?
  A: Absolutely! However, this is a situation where we cannot combine shipping costs--you must pay the full shipping cost for each individual item. If you pay for combined shipping, then I will ship your entire order to your primary address, no questions asked.
 Q: Will you list _____ as an auction?
  A: Probably not. We usually only list items as Store Inventory, so if you don't like our Buy It Now prices, then go shop elsewhere..that's all I can say.
