Very disappointing! I was very excited to receive, but approximately 10 days after ordering, the seller messaged all 10 samples were received damaged from the "shipper"(?) so I was given a refund. Why is the seller only examining the items after I purchased? More importantly, I really wanted the items. I would have preferred a substitute instead, as the same brand is being sold on the seller site, but at a higher cost. It seems like either seller's remorse or really bad inventory management.
